Dear TAHFA/HFMA Joint Symposium Registrants & Sponsors:

Due to Hurricane Ike the TAHFA and HFMA have elected to cancel the Joint Symposium scheduled for September 21-23, 2008 at the Marriott Woodlands Hotel. The hotel lost power as a result of the storm and cannot guarantee at what point power will be restored. Additionally, several of our members were directly impacted by the storm and we understand they will be unable to attend due to responsibilities to their respective families and employers.

Information on cancelling your hotel reservations will be posted here shortly.

You may elect to roll your conference registration and or sponsorship forward to the TAHFA Symposium scheduled for February 22 – 24, 2009, at the Sheraton Austin Hotel or you may request a refund of your conference registration fees. To request a refund, please email cprice@tahfa.org. Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks to process the refund. Funds will be applied to a future conference or symposium unless a refund request is received.
